Accommodation

Our villa features a spacious open plan living area with views of the lagoon pool and ocean. Upstairs there is a small balcony to have your last cup of coffee while watching the moonbeams dancing across the Coral Sea.

While the patio downstairs is the ideal spot to have your breakfast and collect the cool breezes. If you are an early riser you may even want to wander across the road and sit under the wild almond trees and dig your toes into the sand and look for small pilot whales or dolphins. Take your pick on an early morning swim in the sea or try the large lagoon sized pool. Trinity beach is considered the best swimming beach in the Cairns area.

Our villa has a fully equipped kitchen features microwave, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, oven and stove.

Two en suite bathrooms (one with a full sized bath) OH! and of course a toilet and wash room downstairs. Hair dryers are in both bathrooms.

We also have austar cable TV for both the TV downstairs and the one in the main bedroom upstairs. There is a small cd/radio and DVD player. We even have some dvd's for you to use.

Lots of books, games and small beach toys for children.

There is air conditioning and fans in all bedrooms and in the downstairs living area.

We have a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer and wash basin.

You may want to walk in the large tropical gardens and have a drink by the little creek with its own little waterfall or just lie around the pool and soak up the sun. Try out the 2 bar-b-que areas with free bar-b-ques.

If there are no guests arriving immediately after you, there is no hurry to check-out the day you are leaving.

 

Facilities

If you are a walker, you will love to stroll along the palm fringed beach front of Trinity Beach. Just through the gate and you are on the beach.

Walk the children down to the little play area opposite the pub.

Maybe you would like to go over the road and buy yourself some fish and chips or coffee and cake. There is also a little convenience store with internet cafe.

Three minutes walk away is the beautiful new Trinity beach pub with wonderful lunch and dinners. We have our very own beach front restaurant which offers wood fired pizzas and modern cuisine. Sit and have a drink in their open air bar and watch the waves gently rolling onto the sand.

There is also Italian, Mediterranean, Thai, Seafood and more at the shopping centre about 10 minutes walk away. All these restaurants have ocean views and only 2 minutes walk from our unit.

The shopping centre which is only 10minutes walk away offers a wide range of services such as medical, dentist, chemist,video store, bakery,gymnasium, liquor, newsagency, supermarket/deli and post office and there's more!!! The supermarket is open 7 days a week and has a delivery service to get you back to Coral Sands with your groceries.

There is even a beauty/massage salon on the beach front. Across from the villa is a great little swimwear shop.

If you want to go into Cairns or the other way to Palm Cove there is a bus that leaves every half hour and the bus stop is just across the road. Tour buses will also pick you up.

You can read up on all the different trips around from the skyrail or train to Kuranda. A trip to the Daintree or Port Douglas. You can rent a car from next door. Take an adventure, shop in Cairns or unwind under the coconut palms or around the lagoon pool and all can be accomplished from our villa No4, Coral Sands Resort.

This is the Marlin Coast at its best but if you want to go to the Smithfield shopping centre which is only 5 minutes away by car or have a night at the Yorkey's Knob Yatch Club and they even pick you up and take you home.

If you are a poky player you are also catered for at the pub and the AFL club and there is even a bare foot bowls club.

Just remember that Cairns and the airport are only 20 minutes away
